New Address Standards for Commercial Flat-Size Mail
The United States Postal Service has implemented new address standards for flat-size mail sent at standard rates. These requirements do not apply to single piece first class mail!
Effective March 29, 2009 you must meet the following requirements:

Addresses must use at least 8-point type

The delivery address must be entirely within the top half of the mailpiece
